Civil Society Organizations in Ethiopia have urged new government to prioritize SDGs implementation.

Ethiopia’s Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn’s first term in office has started, with calls from civil society organizations to his new government to commit to a fruitful implementation of the Post 2015 global development agenda.

Ethiopia’s Country Director of Network of African Youth for Development, and Action2015, Asefa Lintiso in a statement on October 6, called on the country’s leadership to relentlessly propel the country to a green economy, and fruitful implementation of the recently adopted Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
